Description
Line of cold forming is a set of modern equipment for the production of long stands by continuous cold forming concrete products.
This technology allows to produce:
- hollow-core slabs;
- lintels, beams, crossbars;
- the support lines.
The PERFORMANCE of the stand in 2 shifts – up to 800 running meters of hollow core slabs with a width of 1200 mm.
The formation speed of the slab 1 500 x 220 mm, obtained under production conditions of up to 3 metres per minute!
Direct investments in the project pay off in 6-12 months from the date of putting the equipment into operation.
